Everyone interested in breastfeeding is invited to participate in our free, informal, monthly gatherings. Establishing a network of support in your decision to nurse your baby is important in reaching your goals. Babies and support people are always welcome at La Leche League meetings. Topics covered include:

- Getting Off to a Good Start and Family Adjustments to a New Baby
- The Art of Breastfeeding: Avoiding and Overcoming Difficulties
- Nutrition and Weaning
Many La Leche League Groups maintain a lending library of books and resources on childbirth, breastfeeding, parenting, and nutrition. La Leche League’s own publication, THE WOMANLY ART of BREASTFEEDING, is available for loan or purchase.
